Governor

The Governor is responsible for implementing state laws, overseeing executive branch operations, and directing state policy. Their primary duties are defined by the state’s constitution.

Florida governors are limited to serving two consecutive four-year terms. While there is no lifetime ban, a governor must sit out for at least one term before they can run for the office again.
