District Court of Appeal

Florida’s District Courts of Appeal (DCA’s) are the primary appellate courts in the state. They hear appeals from lower circuit and county courts to correct harmful errors and promote clarity in the law. Because most litigated cases end here, they serve as the court of final review for the vast majority of litigants.
